Job Overview: As an Agile Coach, you will serve as a servant leader, guiding teams through Agile practices to ensure maximum efficiency and collaboration. You will mentor and coach teams and Product Owners, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. This role requires a skilled communicator with a deep understanding of Agile frameworks, conflict resolution, and the ability to inspire and drive change within teams working on critical, sensitive projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead teams in the implementation of Agile values, principles, and practices, adapting frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile to suit project needs.
• Mentor Product Owners and guide teams in establishing efficient Agile processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, removing obstacles and resolving conflicts to maintain team momentum and focus.
• Promote continuous learning and professional development, encouraging team members to improve their skills and deliverables.
• Support the setup and scaling of Agile practices across the organization, working closely with stakeholders to align goals and outcomes.
• Foster a culture of self-organization, accountability, and innovation within teams.
• Act as a key facilitator in Agile ceremonies, guiding teams in setting realistic goals and achieving high standards of quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with Agile teams, including facilitating Agile processes such as Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile frameworks.
• Strong conflict resolution, mentoring, and coaching skills, with the ability to support diverse teams, including contractors and full-time employees.
• Excellent organizational and facilitation skills, with a demonstrated ability to guide teams towards continuous improvement.
• Experience working within the public sector or secure environments is highly advantageous.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, from developers to executive management.
