Job Overview: As an Agile Coach, you will serve as a servant leader, guiding teams through Agile practices to ensure maximum efficiency and collaboration. This role requires a skilled communicator with a deep understanding of Agile frameworks, conflict resolution, and the ability to inspire and drive change within teams working on critical, sensitive projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams in the implementation of Agile values, principles, and practices, adapting frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile to suit project needs.
- Mentor Product Owners and guide teams in establishing efficient Agile processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, removing obstacles and resolving conflicts to maintain team momentum and focus.
- Promote continuous learning and professional development, encouraging team members to improve their skills and deliverables.
- Support the setup and scaling of Agile practices across the organization, working closely with stakeholders to align goals and outcomes.
