Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams in the implementation of Agile values, principles, and practices, adapting frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile to suit project needs.
  • Mentor Product Owners and guide teams in establishing efficient Agile processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
  • Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, removing obstacles and resolving conflicts to maintain team momentum and focus.
  • Promote continuous learning and professional development, encouraging team members to improve their skills and deliverables.
  • Support the setup and scaling of Agile practices across the organization, working closely with stakeholders to align goals and outcomes.
