Are you a high standards service provider of IT support with extremely strong written and spoken communication skills who genuinely cares about the people you will be helping?

We are looking for an IT Service Engineer who can provide white glove service to a variety of internal stakeholders for one of the most prestigious Private Equity companies in the market.

You will need to be available for on-site and off-site service with hardware, software and network issues.

You must be proactive and able to work autonomously as you will be expected to manage your own workload.

Your skill set will include:

  • Degree qualified in a related field
  • Experience with both Windows and Mac
  • Cloud knowledge
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Extremely strong communication and interpersonal skills

This role requires 5 days per week working in the London-based offices as well as travel to branch offices, events and the data centre as required.

Along with comprehensive medical and dental insurance, 25 days holiday, catered lunch and other benefits, this role offers £55,000 - £60,000 annual salary.

This role cannot offer sponsorship so, candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
