Role Overview: You will lead the QA team, manage vendor relationships, and ensure high-quality HR solutions are delivered. This role requires expertise in QA methodologies, test automation, and experience with Workday integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Management: Lead the end-to-end QA process, develop test strategies, and ensure documentation aligns with quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of QA engineers, allocate resources, and promote a collaborative environment.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with project managers and communicate test progress and risks.
- Test Automation: Oversee the implementation of automation frameworks and integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring thorough testing and compliance.
- Reporting: Prepare test status reports and conduct post-implementation reviews.
Candidate Profile:
- 5-7 years of QA experience, with 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience with HR systems and Workday implementations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright) and test management tools (Azure DevOps, TestRail).
