Are you passionate about driving infrastructure innovation and reducing operational toil? We're looking for a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our dynamic engineering squads, focusing on maintaining and improving the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of cloud infrastructure across our teams.

In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional squads, including data engineers, software engineers, and testers, using the Spotify model of team organiSation. With a focus on DevOps culture, you'll help guide the teams in optimizing their DevOps pipelines and promoting best practices in infrastructure automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Management: Partner with our innovation squads to ensure our cloud infrastructure is secure, efficient, and fully automated using Terraform, Azure, and ADO (Azure DevOps).
  • Monitoring & Observability: Oversee full-stack monitoring using New Relic, ensuring performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness in production and dev/test environments.
  • Cloud Automation: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with a strong focus on scripting and reducing manual intervention.
  • Mentorship & Collaboration: Mentor teams on architectural and DevOps best practices, fostering a collaborative environment to help squads grow in their DevOps journey.
  • Incident Management: Actively participate in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and incident management to ensure uptime and system health.

What We're Looking For:

  • Solid experience in Azure cloud solutions, infrastructure as code using Terraform, and ADO for DevOps pipelines.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively mentor and collaborate across teams.
  • Experience with full-stack monitoring tools (such as New Relic) and managing production environments.
  • An innovative mindset focused on automation and continuous improvement.
  • The ability to work in hybrid teams, with some presence in the office to collaborate with European colleagues.
