Our client is looking for an experienced Head of Data Engineering to lead a team of talented data engineers. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on optimizing and consolidating the current data engineering environment (Azure, Snowflake, DBT).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the Data Engineering team to improve existing practices
- Streamline and enhance data engineering processes and pipelines
- Align data strategy with business goals, driving efficiency without over-complicating workflows
Requirements:
- Leadership experience in data engineering (Azure, Snowflake, DBT expertise required)
- Proven ability to optimize existing environments and processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
