D365 Manager | Hybrid | Regional Offices | £80,000 - £100,000 per annum
A prominent firm is looking for an experienced D365 Manager to join their team. The role will be based out of one of their regional offices with hybrid working arrangements.
Role Overview:
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of engineers - providing ongoing mentorship and coaching.
- Technical Oversight: Take charge of the team's software development efforts
- Hands-On Development: Customise D365 solutions, manage source control, and automate deployments using Azure DevOps.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with various stakeholders
Key Skills and Experience:
- Dynamics 365 Certifications: Strong foundation with D365, ideally certified as a D365 Functional Consultant
- Technical Leadership: Proven success in guiding technical teams
- Integration Expertise: Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools, such as Power Automate and Azure Functions
- Mentorship Ability: Experience in developing talent, fostering a collaborative work environment, and providing support
