Head of CRM | Dynamice 365 | Sales & Services | Hybrid | London | £90,000 - £120,000 per annum
Method Resourcing have recently partnered with a global consultancy who are looking for a Senior CRM Manager. This role focuses on driving growth, managing key client relationships, and delivering high-impact CRM solutions across sales and service modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the CRM practice: Define strategy, oversee project delivery, and manage client relationships.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team and foster a collaborative culture.
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities, lead proposals, and secure key client wins.
- Ensure Excellence: Deliver projects on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (sales, service, marketing).
- Strong Power Platform skills (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Strategic leadership and client management expertise.
- Previous consulting background and worked on an end to end solution from pre sales through to delivery.

- Hybrid - required to come to the office in London occasionally
