One of our clients in the retail space is seeking a D365 Operations Analyst to support its growing operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional eager to contribute to a dynamic team.
Role Overview
Location: Newcastle (Hybrid - 3 days per week from home)
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities
- Incident management via ticketing system
- System monitoring
- Issue resolution
- Stakeholder communication
- Manual & automation testing
- Go-live support
- Training & documentation
- Bug fixing
Skills & Experience
- Expertise in D365FO is preffered, however alternative ERPs considered
- Background is finance is ideal
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
